New guy but Old lol introduction

Hi, My name is Franz from Kirksville, Missouri. I'm a retired LEO, pilot, former Navy Rescue Swimmer 77/78. I am not new by any means, to Remington firearms. I have a very nice model 336 in 30/30, and a 11/87 in Mossy Oak bottom land camo.

Honestly, if I only had two guns to hunt with, these would do VERY well all year long.

I can't figure out what year my 11/87 was made but it starts with PC 340XXX. I keep coming up with June of 2008?

Anyway, looking forward to many discussions.

That's a resume most folks would be proud to just list on its own never mind the guns on top of it. Sounds like you've already got a setup that covers a lot of ground without needing to overthink it every season. Any chance you'll post a picture of that camo 11/87? Always like seeing how that finish holds up after some real use in the field.
